Yes. CXI is built for Shopify stores—funnel, PDPs, on-site search, cart, and orders—so diagnoses map to surfaces you can actually change in the admin and theme.
What data does CXI use?
Store, funnel, behavioral, and order signals needed to attribute leaks to pages and products. You connect via the Shopify app; we don’t need a separate “data project” to start.
How do you treat privacy and GDPR?
We process store data to deliver the product you signed up for—aligned with GDPR expectations for processors. Use cases are diagnosis and product features, not resale. Details live in our Privacy policy.
Does CXI replace Google Analytics or our BI stack?
No — and it doesn’t try to. Your analytics stack reports what happened. CXI tells you why, what to fix, and what it’s worth. Keep both — you’ll just aim your tests at much clearer targets.
